The Listening Bank, a unique project aimed at fostering communication and connection, was inaugurated in the city of Ingolstadt at the beginning of May. This innovative mobile initiative, crafted by Audi apprentices, resumed after the summer break in September and will continue until October.

The project, led by Alfred Zedelmaier, offers a basic training course on "Listening" that covers techniques of listening, communication, and dealing with people. This course is open to all interested citizens, and is provided free of charge by the project team.

The Listening Bank project has had an active presence in various city events. It made many conversations and connections during the event at the Festival of Inclusion on May 24. The project was also included in the programme of the Summer Festival - The City as a Garden - of the Bavarian City Culture Association.

For those wanting to get involved, regular appointments for the Listening Bank project are offered on Wednesdays from 3 to 5 pm. Interested parties can contact Bianca Krauser at the Sustainability Office of the city of Ingolstadt for more details.

A TV story about the Listening Bank project was featured on TV Ingolstadt in July, providing a glimpse into the project's activities and impact. Another exciting development is the scheduled basic training course on "Listening" at the Volkshochschule in Ingolstadt on October 7.

It's worth noting that the Listening Bank project had a brief break during the Pentecost holidays, but it seems that more people were won over to the project during this time.

For the most updated schedule and future events, it's recommended to visit the official website or contact the organisers directly, as no relevant event listings or agenda details appear in the current search results.

The Listening Bank project expanded its reach beyond communication and connection during the summer, offering a series of home-and-garden workshops as part of the Summer Festival - The City as a Garden. These workshops allowed participants to explore the intersection of lifestyle and listening skills in a garden setting.

In the upcoming months, the Listening Bank will continue to inspire change and foster connections, not only through their listening training course, but also by hosting a basic home-and-garden course that aims to teach sustainable living and nurturing relationships within the community.
