  1. Prepare the Base Use a wire wreath frame for a more durable, open-style wreath, or cut a sturdy cardboard into a ring shape (circle with a hole in the middle). The size is usually about 12-15 inches in diameter.
  2. Roll the Diapers Starting from the waistband end, tightly roll each diaper into a small cylinder. Secure each roll with a small rubber band or string.
  3. Attach Diapers to the Base
