The Hof- und Dorfkapelle, led by Stephan Meisinger on the bass trumpet, will be gracing the dance floor of Roding's city hall for the Folk Dance Afternoon on September 28th, starting at 3 pm.

Hailing from Straubing and Bogen in Bavaria, Germany, the ensemble has been a regular fixture at the dance floor for approximately three years. Alongside Stephan Meisinger and Evi Groß, the exact members of the band are not specified, but it's clear that they are well-rooted in the rural communities they serve.

Evi Groß, a member of the band, plays the tenor horn. The Hof- und Dorfkapelle is known for their performances at various events, such as beer gardens, inns, club festivals, and garden festivals, as well as in farmhouses and villages.

Given the context of the Folk Dance Afternoon, it's likely that the band's repertoire will feature traditional folk music. The Hof- und Dorfkapelle has been engaged for this event and is looking forward to another exciting performance.

So, mark your calendars and get ready to enjoy an afternoon of folk music with the Hof- und Dorfkapelle at Roding's city hall!
