Explore Creativity: Detmold's Kulturrucksack NRW Offers Free Autumn Holiday Workshops
Detmold's Kulturrucksack NRW programme offers free creative workshops for 10 to 14-year-olds during the autumn holidays. Funded by the state's ministries, the project allows young participants to develop their own projects and create unique works under professional guidance.
The programme features a variety of workshops, including 'Sewing for Beginners' on 15.-16. October at Hangar 21, and goldsmithing workshops on 13.-15. October or 20.-22. October at the same venue. Comic enthusiasts can join the 'CRASH! BOOM! BANG! - Comic Workshop' from 13.-15. October at VHS Detmold-Lemgo.
The highlight of the programme is the 'I Want to Dance!' workshop, running from 13.-17. October at the Domizil - Children and Youth Center. Led by choreographers Karolina Czaja and Adam Róg, participants will create their own dance choreography and costumes, with the final touches made on the last day. Registration for most workshops is online, while 'I Want to Dance!' requires direct registration at the Domizil.
The Kulturrucksack NRW workshops in Detmold offer a unique opportunity for young creatives to explore their talents in a supportive environment. With a range of artistic disciplines on offer, there's something for everyone to enjoy during the autumn holidays.
