Forestry Management's Summer Vacation Plan for 2025
The Forestry Administration of Pforzheim invites children aged 10 to 13 to a captivating and educational summer holiday program themed "Experience the Forest - Discover Nature." This program promises an array of exciting activities at the Wildpark, attracting numerous inquisitive explorers.
The summer holiday offer includes guided forest tours, creative nature workshops, and playful activities designed to immerse children in the captivating world of the forest, while fostering a deeper appreciation for environmental conservation.
The program is scheduled from 4 to 8 August, 18 to 22 August, and 1 to 5 September, with activities taking place daily from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The meeting point is the Lädle at the Wildpark Pforzheim. Each five-day participation costs 30 euros per child, inclusive of catering.

In this program, children are likely to engage in activities such as forest ecology education, orienteering, nature scavenger hunts, forest art workshops, water cycle studies, climate change awareness, waste management, community service projects, and discussions on sustainable forest management practices. These activities aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of forest ecosystems and the importance of environmental conservation.
