Bumbershoot 2025: A Two-Day Celebration of Music, Arts, and Community in Seattle

Get ready for an exciting summer event as Bumbershoot 2025 returns to Seattle Center on August 30-31. This year's festival promises a diverse lineup of music, arts, and cultural experiences, making it a must-attend event for music lovers and art enthusiasts alike.

The music lineup for Bumbershoot 2025 includes headliners such as Weezer, Bright Eyes, Car Seat Headrest, Janelle Monáe, Sylvan Esso, Aurora, Digable Planets, and Saba. Other notable performers include The Budos Band, Indigo De Souza, Tank and the Bangas, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Jess Gonia, The Linda Lindas, Real Estate, The Murder City Devils, Tennis, and more.

In addition to the music, Bumbershoot 2025 features visual arts programming and a strong culinary arts presence. Regional favorites like Restaurant Homer, Indigo Cow, Mexican Seoul, Lenox, Local Tide, Musangtino’s x Musang, and Jack’s BBQ will be celebrating Seattle’s vibrant food scene alongside the music and arts programming.

The festival takes place at Seattle Center, located at 305 Harrison St. in Seattle. Geodesic domes scattered throughout the festival grounds house micro-programs like the Cat Circus, adding to the overall experience.

Bumbershoot's indoor facilities have ADA access, and The Armory has accommodations for diaper changes. Restrooms are available in all indoor venue locations, including Cornish Playhouse, The Armory, Fisher Pavilion, SIFF Film Center, and KEXP. Outdoor port-a-potties will also be available.

Hundreds of food options are available for purchase at the festival. Flatstock offers printed art and poster purchases from famous artists. The Recess District offers activities like Bumbermania! Wrestling Program, aerial and acrobatic performances, skateboarding, roller-skating, and aerial workshops. The Fashion District features youth-led fashion shows, makeovers, a fashion marketplace, and various beauty services.

Please note that outside food and drink are not allowed at Bumbershoot, and re-entry is not permitted unless you purchase the deluxe package. Single day tickets cost $125, weekend passes are $150, and the deluxe package costs $350.
