Hanau's New Culinary Gem: Chez Kim - Sushi Bar and Deli Opens
Hanau's old town has welcomed a new culinary addition with the opening of Chez Kim - Sushi Bar and Deli at Steinstraße 8. Owner Shia Pham, from a Vietnamese gastronomic family, has realised her dream in the corner location of the Hanau Building Society GmbH.
Chez Kim offers a variety of Asian delights, including sushi, sashimi, maki, sushi pockets, and a unique 'Mosaic Sushi' design. The restaurant also serves wines, self-created cocktails, and selected tea varieties. The stylish and charming atmosphere provides a perfect setting for these culinary offerings.
The official opening took place on Friday, October 3, following a soft opening the week before. Mayor Claus Kaminsky, Mirja Dorny, and representatives of Hanau Marketing GmbH attended the opening to congratulate Shia Pham on her new venture. Shia is currently supported by her parents, who run an Asian restaurant in Großkrotzenburg.
Chez Kim - Sushi Bar and Deli is open Monday to Sunday, with varied hours to accommodate different schedules. The restaurant's unique offerings and welcoming atmosphere make it a promising addition to Hanau's dining scene.
