Hanau's old town welcomes Chez Kim - Sushi Bar und Deli, a new Asian culinary delight. The restaurant, opened by Shia Pham, offers a variety of Asian dishes and unique creations in a trendy setting. It's located at Steinstraße 8 and is already generating buzz after its soft opening.
Chez Kim, named after the owner's mother, a trained chef and sushi master, serves an array of Asian delights. Diners can enjoy sushi, sashimi, maki, sushi pockets, and the signature 'Mosaic Sushi'. The menu also includes self-created cocktails and selected tea varieties to complement the food.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday and Sunday, 12:00 to 21:00, and until 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. It's closed on Wednesdays. Shia Pham, originally from Vietnam, brings a unique blend of gastronomic heritage and design background to Hanau. The opening was celebrated with local dignitaries, including Mayor Claus Kaminsky and representatives of Hanau Marketing GmbH, who wished Shia Pham success.
