A Night of Disco Dancing at Kappelhof, Pforzheim
The community area of Kappelhof in Pforzheim, Germany, was transformed into a vibrant disco venue last night, attracting over 150 guests from various locations, including Illingen, Mühlacker, the Enz district, and Karlsruhe.
This was the 14th time DJ Bernd Czora, a regular event organiser, brought the disco spirit to Kappelhof. The event, organised by Caritas Pforzheim under the motto "We dance together", was a testament to the venue's popularity as a hub for cultural and social events.
The evening was filled with the rhythmic beats of disco music, managed by DJ Bernd Czora, and the energy of the dance floor was further fuelled by performances from the dance school Böhm and local pop singer Jörg Augenstein.
Gabi and Juan, regular attendees from Lebenshilfe, travelled from Arlinger by bus to be a part of the festivities. They expressed their appreciation for the event's organisation, particularly the lighting, which bathed the Kappelhof in a sea of colourful hues.
The Kappelhof, illuminated for the occasion, offered a variety of refreshments at the bar, including butter pretzels, non-alcoholic drinks, and some cocktails. However, according to DJ Bernd Czora, the bar sales do not significantly contribute to the event's finances. Instead, a portion of the funds comes from Sparkasse Pforzheim-Calw's sponsorship, which has supported the event for several years.
This is not the first time Bernd Czora has acknowledged Sparkasse Pforzheim-Calw's support for the event. The financial aid and personnel provided by the bank have been instrumental in making these disco nights a reality.
