KEF's premium audio speakers are now available in a range of elegant color options
KEF, a renowned audio manufacturer, has announced the addition of two new colour options for their acclaimed LS50 Meta and LS50 Wireless II speakers. The new colours, Moss Green and Sand Shell, join the existing lineup of Carbon Black, Titanium Gray, and Mineral White, expanding the standard palette to five colours for both models.
The Moss Green finish is inspired by natural forest environments, symbolizing balance and restoration. It is designed to offer a calm and serene vibe to the listening space. On the other hand, Sand Shell offers a neutral, muted tone that evokes timeless tranquility and a soothing atmosphere. These new colours are part of KEF’s "Soulful Minimalism" design philosophy, which aims to blend visual appeal with the acoustic performance of these top-tier speakers.
The LS50 Wireless II speakers, priced at £2,199 / $2,999 per pair (approximately €2,550 / AU$4,575), come with integrated amplification and wireless connectivity, supporting AirPlay 2, Google Cast, and more. They also offer wireless sound quality of 24bit/96kHz when connected wirelessly, and 24bit/192kHz when using the supplied cable.
In contrast, the LS50 Meta speakers, priced at £1,299 / $1,599 per pair (approximately €1,500 / AU$2,700), do not have integrated amplification or wireless connectivity. They are, however, equipped with KEF’s 12th-generation Uni-Q driver array, which contributes to their award-winning sound quality.
KEF's LS50 Meta speakers have received numerous five-star reviews, and the LS50 Wireless II speakers are among the best powered bookshelf speakers you can buy. Both models continue to maintain their top-tier sound quality, further enhancing your listening experience.
KEF occasionally offers special edition colours for limited periods. Currently, the special edition colour for the LS50 Meta is Royal Blue, while the special edition colour for the LS50 Wireless II is Crimson Red.
