Lensk District Bolsters Electricity Supply with Swift Repairs and Upgrades
Electricity supply in the Lensk District has been bolstered with the arrival of electricians from other networks. The swift two-week completion of planned work has significantly improved reliability for local consumers energy.
The Lensk District Electric Networks welcomed specialists from Viluisk, Verkhneviluisk, Sunatar, and Nürbin electrical networks. Although the names of the specific groups are not disclosed, their collective efforts have been instrumental in enhancing electricity supply.
Capital repair work on overhead power lines was prioritized during the warm period. This included the replacement of 41 towers on the 110 kV 'Dorozhnaya - Gorodskaya' line, benefiting consumers in Severnaya Nuy, Chamchi, Orto-Nakhary, Dorozhny, Zarya, and Tas-Yuryakh.
Preparations for the autumn-winter period are underway. Energy workers from the Western Electric Grid of PJSC 'Yakutskenergo' have replaced 136 towers and installed 12.6 km of SIW on 0.4-10 kV distribution electric networks in Lensk, Vitim, and Peleduy. Furthermore, plans are in place to replace an additional 42 towers by the end of the year to further fortify reliability in the Lensk District.
The Lensk District's electricity supply has seen substantial improvements, with more than 170 towers replaced and over 12 km of SIW installed. These efforts, along with planned future work, aim to ensure reliable power for consumers energy throughout the district.
