Lumagen Serves as Prime Backer for Dolby Atmos Demonstration at CEDIA Expo 2025
At this year's CEDIA Expo, Sound Room 11 (SR11) will host a collaborative showcase titled "Paragons of Home Cinema: Power, Precision, and Perfection". Led by Lumagen, the demo is a joint effort with sponsorship from Seymour-Screen Excellence, Digital Projection, NextLevel Acoustics, Trinnov, SPEAKERPOWER, and Valencia Theater Seating, among others.
A Symphony of Advanced Technology
The demo offers a comprehensive, immersive home cinema experience, featuring Lumagen's award-winning Radiance Pro 5244 video processor. This technology delivers advanced video scaling, HDR Dynamic Tone Mapping, precise lip-sync control, and a low latency game mode with full processing. Its design emphasises low electrical noise and ultra-low jitter, ensuring high-quality audio and video that reproduces the director's intended experience.
The audio system offers a 9.4.6 Dolby Atmos experience, with 9 ear-level speakers, 4 subwoofers, and 6 overhead speakers. The components for this powerful system are provided by Trinnov (audio processors), SPEAKERPOWER (likely amplification or loudspeakers), and NextLevel Acoustics.
Seymour-Screen Excellence and Digital Projection provide the projection and screen technology, ensuring high picture quality and immersive visuals. Valencia Theater Seating supplies dedicated cinema seating, and acoustic treatment is contributed by specialists including Kinetics Noise Control and Simplified Acoustics to optimise room acoustics.
The demo also incorporates contributions from Bespoke Cinemas, Kaleidescape, Tributaries, Home Theater Gurus, AV Partners, and Thrillcat Cinema Lab, indicating involvement of custom content servers, cabling, design expertise, and calibration support.

The total system MSRP for the SR11 demo is $174,000. This includes all audio/video components, seating, acoustic treatment, and integration showcased in the demo. The Radiance Pro 5244 video processor alone is priced at $8,745 MSRP.
