The Dutch Design Sea Rover yacht is set to redefine the superyacht industry as the world's first wellness-focused vessel. This innovative yacht prioritises holistic living, health, balance, and intentional living at sea, seamlessly blending state-of-the-art technology with mindful design to create an immersive and rejuvenating luxury experience.
At the heart of the Sea Rover's wellness features are a state-of-the-art spa and a Japanese onsen-style bath, designed for relaxation and traditional wellness rituals. The gym, outfitted with custom luxury fitness equipment by PENT., boasts rowing machines, reformers, and handcrafted weight benches, all tailored to fit the yacht's layout. An open-air training deck and a versatile sports court on the bridge deck encourage active outdoor fitness, contrasting with traditional yachts that often relegate fitness areas to below deck.
Expansive and light-filled spaces, such as the beach club, culinary areas focused on health, and architectural design elements inspired by California design, cultivate a minimalist, tranquil, and elegant atmosphere. The Sea Rover, a 140-foot vessel, is designed around multiple forms of wellness. Construction on the first Sea Rover has begun in Turkey, with a build schedule of 24 to 28 months. The boat's kitchen features an "open kitchen" concept, placing the chef in a more interactive role with guests. High-end, name-brand equipment, from fixtures to door hinges and even the toilets, are used in the Sea Rover's construction. Toto brand has been chosen for the toilets, with bidets included in all staterooms.
