New Dumbbell Arms and Core Workout Launched for Strength Building

Kicking off the workout, the author ensures to warm up first to encourage blood flow to the muscular system. The routine, created by personal trainer Sara Kathryns, consists of six moves, making it suitable for beginners. Four rounds are recommended for optimal results.
Maintaining proper posture throughout the upper-body workout is crucial to prevent injuries and lower-back strain. Dumbbell workouts are effective for building upper-body strength, targeting key muscle groups like biceps, triceps, and abdominals. The author uses 5kg dumbbells for core exercises and steps up to 7.5kg for arm-strengthening moves.
Post-workout, the author expects to experience muscle aches and delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) the following day. To support recovery and growth, they plan to stretch and ensure proper nutrition, including protein intake. Protein powders can be blended into smoothies for an added boost.
