Ready for a retro gaming night? You're in luck! Join fellow students on Friday, June 13th, at the HAW LAN-Party starting at 7 PM. The Berliner Tor Mensa will transform into an Oldschool Gaming zone.
Organized by the LAN-Party team for the 13th time at the university, this event promises hours filled with gaming, tournaments, and more! Don't miss the costume contest, where everyone's a winner with the theme: "Retro vs. Next Gen."
LAN-Party for all students, not just hardcore gamers
The event invites all interested students of our university. Experienced gamers can bring their own gear, but there will also be computers and consoles provided. Many games from the early 2000s are compatible with most computers, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
Admission is free, and the event will take place on the 1st floor of the Mensa am Berliner Tor 7, from 7 PM until "the last one standing." To participate, you'll want to snatch one of the limited tickets ahead of time.

Benjamin Possin
A self-proclaimed storyteller, Benjamin Possin, born in 2002, enjoys Pen & Paper role-playing, leading him to amass nearly 300 dice. When he's not role-playing, he delights in online discussions and digitizing vintage dias. His affection for Wikipedia prompted him to create an article. He graduated from our university with a degree in Media and Communication and is currently working on a research project focused on data visualization. During a previous internship at STRG_F, he moderated a film about youth violence on TikTok. His dice haven't found a place in his professional life yet, but data journalism is an exciting possibility. His nickname? bip.
