Students of Coffee Brings Mobile Brews to NYC

New Yorkers can now enjoy a mobile coffee experience with Students of Coffee, a trike traveling around the city. Run by NYU students Arnold Byun, Carlos Santos, and Mia Jacobs, the coffee stand offers a variety of local brews and plans to expand its offerings with a coffee club subscription service.

The Students of Coffee trike serves drip, cold brew, and espresso drinks, all made with locally sourced ingredients. The coffee beans come from Sey Coffee in Bushwick, the milk from the Hudson Valley, and the chai from Dona Chai in Williamsburg. The coffee club subscription service, set to launch soon, will send four flights of coffee from different companies or regions to subscribers.

In addition to their coffee stand, Students of Coffee aims to educate and connect coffee enthusiasts. They plan to offer recipes, videos on brewing techniques, and a forum for coffee lovers to interact. The coffee stand and workshops can also be rented for private events.

Students of Coffee is dedicated to sharing a love and appreciation for coffee with New Yorkers. Their mobile coffee stand, local sourcing, and educational initiatives make them a unique addition to the city's coffee scene. Follow their journey on Instagram and look out for their upcoming coffee club subscription service.
