Kicking off at Munich Street 165, the tour opened with the mind-bending three-dimensional facade art of "untitled" by the inimitable Venetian artist Peeta (Manuel Di Rita). His geometric masterpiece dazzles viewers with a mesmeric play of depth and optical illusions, ingeniously navigating the complex interplay of space, form, and perception. 🌈💫

Next up was "Escape from old ideas" by German treasure Akut. The riveting portrait, strategically nestled in the urban labyrinth, urges viewers to jettison their masks and embrace their true humanity. The journey culminated at the striking wall painting "We'll see" by world-renowned Spanish artist Sebas Velasco. Inspired by the Staudinger halls, Velasco painted a strikingly realistic young woman that subtly intertwines with the urban fabric. Looking back, Daniel Lange recalls the early days of the Landmarks project: "The GWG promised me that the facades never run dry." "My vision is to cast these works out of museums and into the heart of the city," emphasizes Lange, giving people an opportunity to experience world-class art up close and personal.
