WerraEnergie extends an invitation to join the Children's & Sugarbags Festival at the Bad Liebenstein Animal Park on July 25, 31.7.25.
WerraEnergie, a local energy company, and the Tierpark have announced the return of the Sweet Treats Festival on July 31, 2025. This marks the fourth year of their collaboration, which began in 2022, and includes financial support, organising events such as the Sweet Treats Festival and the annual Easter egg hunt.
The Sweet Treats Festival is a family-friendly event open to families and kindergarten graduates. This year, a new addition is the Tierpark Rally, an interactive and playful way for children to explore the park. The festival will take place from 10 am to 5 pm at the Tierpark Bad Liebenstein.
Visitors can expect a day full of surprises and interactive activities. Highlights include the WerraEnergie Lucky Wheel, where fantastic prizes can be won, and the appearance of the festival mascot, Willi, who will welcome visitors and invite them for a memorable photo opportunity.
Entertainment for children will be provided by Clown Tasso, who will perform from 12 pm. Other activities include games, crafting, face painting, a bouncy castle, and pony rides from 1 pm, where children can gain their first saddle experiences.
ABC scholars will receive free admission to the festival and a filled sweet treat bag as a gift (while supplies last). As a sponsor of the Marmot Enclosure, WerraEnergie's company mascot, Willi, fits perfectly into the park's environment.
Hans Ulrich Nager, Managing Director of WerraEnergie GmbH, stated that the event aims to give children in the region an unforgettable start to their school time and support the Tierpark as an important leisure destination. The festival promises to be a fun-filled day with animal highlights, making it an event not to be missed. All kindergarten graduates and families are warmly invited to the Tierpark Bad Liebenstein.
