Traffic Alert

To facilitate local traffic, the one-way rule in the Felchtaer Straße will be lifted. During the event, you'll be able to access the "Brauhaus zum Löwen" from both directions!

bearing in mind from the beginning of this week, a parking and stopping ban is in effect in parts of the Untermarkt. From 6 pm on Friday and 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday, the Erfurter Straße and adjacent pedestrian areas will be completely closed.

Road Closures and Parking Options

Since the festival's popularity and central city location will bring an influx of visitors, plan ahead for increased traffic. Expect some streets to be closed or restricted to ensure public safety.

Public Parking: Mühlhausen offers various parking options, but these may be limited during the festival. Instead, consider using the Lindenbühl, Brunnenstraße, or Thüringer Therme underground garage, or even the Blobach lot, where parking fees may apply.

Alternative Transportation: Walking or cycling may be your best bet, given the city center location of the festival. In addition, arriving early or using public transportation can help minimize the need for personal vehicles.

Check the Official Website: For specific guidance on parking and traffic restrictions, check the festival website or local tourist resources.

Given the festival's size and duration, planning ahead is essential to ensure a smooth arrival and departure! Have a fantastic time in Mühlhausen!
